I just love Lacy's work. These blanks are beautiful and look incredible with finished builds. Gorgeous Damascus patterns.

    ADS0107-DKG blade

Posted by Unknown on 30th Jan 2021

New to knife building. The finished knife looks good. 4 stars. Maybe I had too high of expectations. Many scratch marks across the blade - below the Damascus etching. I think this blade could have been sanding/polished better. The "zoom in" for this blade on the website even shows the type of scratches. Maybe I should have expected scratches. The blade was not sharp. One side of the cutting edge was at about 30 degrees, the other side was about 20 degrees. Fortunately not a problem. I like sharpening knives. Suggestions - publish the pin hole diameters and the recommended edge angle.

    very nice product

Shipping sucked but it was USPS fault. The blades looked good when they came in pretty sharp wish one of them were a little more even grind with the others however not a big deal. I will be ordering again.

With handles from a winter-damaged laurel hedge in our backyard. Gifted one to each of 4 sons. Beautiful damascus patterns on these.
