Material = (4) layers 5160, (3) layers 203E, (3) layers 52100, (3) layers 15N20 folded 5 times for 416 layer damascus
Blade = 7/8" x 3-3/8"
Overall Length = 8-1/16"
Full Tang
Blade has been Precision ground, Laser cut, Hollow ground, Heat-treated to 58-60 Rc, & Etched
This blade just needs a final edge and some handles.

Ordered this blade as a gift. It came in just before the party/gift exchange. I'm kind of jealous because it looks very nice and a lot of fun to finish out.

1 side very pretty. 1 side very ugly.

After sanding this blade to a mirror polish (grind marks were visible), I found that only one side has the pretty raindrop pattern shown in the pic. The other side had a few wavy lines on one end, a large section with no pattern at all, and a big ugly blotch in the center. I can't use this!

Have ordered several of these blades, they always arrive well packaged and ready to use. I really love the ergonomics of the design. One of my more popular knives. Really good work, and great people to work with.

Visible grind marks

Great steel very hard. nice shape. Beautiful pattern.. Good value. Was disappointed with the presence of small visible grind marks on blade. Which I had to remove then re etch.
