Material = (3) layers 52100, (4) layers 5160, (3) layers 203E, and (3) layers 15N20 folded 5 times for 416 layer damascus
Blade = 1-3/8" x 7-5/8"
Overall Length = 12-1/8"
Full Tang
Blade has been Precision ground, Laser cut, Hollow ground, Heat-treated to 58-60 Rc, & Etched
This blade just needs a final edge and some handles.

Best damascus blade blank you can buy!

I put black micarta handles on my blade and made a tan kydex sheath for it. This Alabama Damascus steel has similar performance to Bark River 3v and esee 1095. The steel is very tough and takes a good edge relatively easy. A price to quality ratio that cannot be beat. I will be buying more soon! Thank you Smith!

This knife blank was selected by my customer because of the profile. The shape was pointed enough to pierce, but not so pointed that it would run the risk of snapping the tip off on a bone. When the blank arrived it was very well made. The cut, the grind, the bevel, the finish all were top notch. The blade is big, and so is the handle. This is exactly what my customer, at 6’3” and 250 pounds with large hands was looking for and I can hardly wait to finish it so he can show all his friends.

Out of stock, but arrived after several weeks. If you don't have a forge and extensive finishing machines, this blade is an excellent way to make a fine knife. It arrives 95% done metal wise with a blackened finish that buffs to polish with some work. A handle and then you have a fine knife. With solid metallurgy underlying the blade this gives you a great start.

Best you can get. I am presently fitting my bone handles and have gotten the moose hide in for the sheath. Alabama Damascus is the best! Thanks so much. Shipping was prompt also, three days to my front door.
