Acrylic Resin Knife Scales

The acrylic resin scales were eye catching. Very beautiful, however they were only smooth on one side. I had to sand the other side smooth to glue them to the blade. while drilling holes for mosaic pins, I broke the scales. Could have been a dull bit or something else, don't know, but I broke them. Also the drill bit broke through and left a divet on the off side. The scales milled well, and finished well, look good on the finished knife. Very eye catching.
